We leverage several external (third party) technologies, most notably the APIs of Open AI and the API of Shopify. We use the APIs of Open AI to embed our Clients' data into vectors and process the answers to queries made by the visitors of our Clients' online shops on the Chatbot. All data and the operations are performed on secured servers provided by Heroku.
We also use a large number of React.js, Ruby and Python frameworks and modules. As a result of all those external dependencies, we can never guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our services.
Moreover, there may be errors on our part, stemming from technical issues such as bugs or other types of errors. More importantly, the Chatbot answers are AI-generated content and are not verified by humans. Although OpenAI technology is considered safe to use in production, some generation might not be adequate due to 'hallucinations'. By using The Services, you acknowledge understanding these limitations and associated risks.
More explicitly, we cannot be held responsible for any issue, loss, or damage incurred by using the Services. The Services and its representatives will not be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions that may occur. By using The Services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and associated risk.
All information and services provided through Skyla.chat, including related tools and pages, are presented "as is".
We are not providing any warranty of any kind.
More explicitly, we cannot be held responsible for any issue, loss, or damage incurred by using The Services. Neither The Services nor its representatives guarantee the results of using our technology. In particular, we cannot guarantee that the answers provided by the Chatbot will be as you expected.

If any of those cases happen, you are not entitled to any indemnities or claims.
